Delivery and Returns
COVID 19 Update to delivery
I’ve decided I need to put some realistic delivery times in place for all new orders and commissions. My online shops remain open but for anything other than vouchers delivery is now 3-5 weeks and commission/bespoke could be up to 8 weeks. I’m hoping I can reduce these times but I feel it’s best to add this extra time to cover for all eventualities.
Normal Delivery & Shipping
FREE Worldwide Shipping, on orders over £35. Orders take 3-10 working days to make. Delivery time is on top of this.. Commissions and bespoke work 4-6 weeks,
UK - Everything is sent by Royal Mail special delivery or Royal Mail signed for. At time of dispatch an e-mail will be sent containing your tracking number so that you can see expected delivery time of your item. Normal Delivery from date of dispatch is 1 -3 working days.
Rest of World - Currently orders via my website to the rest of the world are on hold. To order from outside the UK please visit my Etsy shop. Everything is sent Royal Mail international Tracked. At time of dispatch an e-mail will be sent containing your tracking number so that you can see expected delivery time of your item. Normal delivery Europe 3-5 working days, Rest of world 5 -10 workings days.
To help you buy with confidence I have a 30 returns policy on items ordered direct from my website, this does not include custom items. Custom or bespoke items are non refundable or exchangeable. For items purchased direct via my website, that's 30 days from date of delivery to return your unworn jewellery to receive a refund. (Postage is non-refundable) All you need to do is e-mail saying you'd like to return your order with the reason why. We will provide you with a returns number and address. Please note refunds can not be processed without this number. Then simply return your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery or your country equivalent. in the original box.
Important information about refunds: All jewellery must be in the original condition, include all original packaging, packaged correctly and safely and most importantly unworn. Any evidence of wear upon return will mean a refund cannot be processed. Any damaged coursed in returned posting due to improper packing is the responsibility of the customer.. All items must be returned via Royal Mail special delivery or Royal Mail signed for if less than £50 and done so at customers own cost and must be return either in postal bag sent in or of equal quality. Please do not return in paper envelopes, this can easily get damage and result in item being lost. Please note the all jewellery remains your property until a refund has been processed in its entirety. A refund can only be processed once an item has been return and I have checked it for wear. Any signs of wear will result in the return being void. On some occasion I will be able to provide a coupon for the items value. Please note any goods lost in post are the customers responsibility.
